Ketua Kadin Sultra Anton Timbang Laporkan Sejumlah Akun Medsos ke Polda Sultra Atas Dugaan Pencemaran Nama Baik
Kendari, OborSejahtera.com – Ketua Kadin Sultra, Anton Timbang, melaporkan dugaan pencemaran nama baik ke Polda Sultra. Laporan diajukan melalui kuasa hukumnya, Fatahillah, dari Kantor Advokat FHP Law Office, dengan nomor laporan ; LP/B/131/III/2026/SPKT/POLDA SULTRA.
“Laporan tersebut terkait dugaan penyebaran berita bohong melalui sejumlah akun media sosial. Beberapa akun yang kami laporkan yakni Instagram sultrahits, tiga akun instagram lainnya, dan akun Facebook WUNA INFO, serta aktifis IDS juga turut dilaporkan,” katanya usai melaporkan di piket Ditreskrimsus Polda Sutra.
Fatahillah, saat ditemui di salah kafe di Kendari, menyebut laporan mengacu pada UU ITE dan KUHP terbaru. Perkara ini diduga melanggar Pasal 45A ayat (1) dan (2) UU ITE. Selain itu, turut disangkakan Pasal 263 dan 264 KUHP.
“Peristiwa terjadi pada 15 hingga 16 Maret 2026 di Kota Kendari. Para terlapor diduga menyebarkan informasi bahwa Anton Timbang telah ditetapkan tersangka,” ungkapnya.
Informasi tersebut disebut terkait kasus penambangan ilegal di Mabes Polri. Kuasa hukum menegaskan informasi itu tidak benar dan menyesatkan publik.
“Anton Timbang mengetahui penyebaran berita tersebut pada 16 Maret 2026. Akibat kejadian itu, korban mengaku mengalami kerugian materiil,” tuturnya.
Lanjutnya, Kerugian ditaksir mencapai Rp10 miliar serta merusak reputasi. Pihak pelapor meminta polisi menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut.
“Kasus ini diharapkan diproses sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku,” pungkasnya.
